With over 20 years of administrative experience working in the A/E/C industry, Andreia Brown is a key contributor to KMB architects’ education management practice, while also providing support to all of our studios with project and contract administration. With client accolades like, “you are the highest order of professional” and “we can always count on you,” Andreia has proven that her approach to management and administration of projects delivers for our clients and that they rely on her expertise.

As an owner’s representative for K-12 school districts and Project Administrator for all KMB architects Sectors, Andreia takes great pride in building effective working relationships and knowing that in her own way, she is part of the solution that overcomes our clients’ challenges. Some of her duties include serving as liaison between the owner and project stakeholders; reviewing and monitoring budgets and invoices; coordinating permitting efforts; and monitoring construction submittals and RFIs.

Whatever the task before her, Andreia always brings her organized, methodical approach, along with positivity and a can-do attitude. She takes the necessary time to listen and observe so that she can adapt and best serve her clients and teammates. She strives to deliver for everyone she works with
