KMB provided Owners Representative / Project Management services for several schools within the Tumwater School District. Currently, we are Project Manager for the modernization of East Olympia Elementary School, Littlerock Elementary School Addition and Modernization, and Peter G Schmidt Elementary School Replacement - all concurrently.

EAST OLYMPIA ELEMENTARY MODERNIZATION

The project included building and classroom technology upgrades, security upgrades (access control), intercom system replacement and parking, parent drop-off, bus area, and sidewalk renovations, among many other improvements.

LITTLEROCK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ADDITION AND MODERNIZATION

The existing school buildings were replaced, except for the existing Gym, Kitchen, and Music Buildings and one classroom with new construction totaling approximately 35,000 SF. $15 Million.

PETER G. SCHMIDT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL REPLACEMENT (Pictured)

The project includes a new 65,000 SF elementary school for 650 students. $25 Million. Completed on 09/2016
