Tyler Eugenio

Tyler's lifelong passion for architecture and design first bloomed in his childhood through a love of Legos. As he began contemplating the right career path, he was inspired by a family friend to pursue architecture based on his balance of creative and technical skills. Throughout his degree, virtues of intention, service, and creativity were instilled in him. He was attracted to KMB because of these shared values, and as a part of the team, Tyler is eager to bring his passion and ideas to the future of design.  

"I am excited to work on projects that serve a specific purpose and make an impact on the community. It's not just about making something look cool but designing for people that will use and enjoy the space." 

As a professional, communication, integrity, and excellence are core aspects Tyler brings to every project. For him, he sees how powerful communication can be when working on complex tasks with a group and prioritizes ongoing conversations to keep everyone informed. As a creative, Tyler always believes his work can be improved, and this pushes him to always strive for the best in everything he does. This translates to consistent improvement and humility that invites feedback and opportunities to learn and grow. 

Outside of work, Tyler spends time with family and friends. He is a freelance photographer and videographer that takes pride in capturing memories for people. Tyler is an avid thrifter, loves movies, and is ready to travel more.
