Project Description:
TVW is expanding their current space to elevate their services and ability to further connect with the community. The new construction rises five stories, including a rooftop penthouse and occupied roof deck offering views of the Capitol Campus and Mount Rainier. The building will also include a two-level parking garage at the base, supporting 72 stalls and EV infrastructure. On the floors above there are office suites, TV studio spaces, a central conference room, and a multi-purpose event space with a capacity for 500 guests. Interactive media exhibits will be incorporated across three levels at the northwest corner, creating a public-facing experience zone.
