Project Description:
The Squaxin Island Tribe invested in expanding the existing Little Creek Casino Resort Oyster Bar into the more formal adjacent Island Grille Restaurant. The project enabled KMB to revitalize and upgrade the finishes and entrance experience in both restaurants. A sliding door system was installed between the two venues so they could easily be separated or combined into one space depending on the need. The Oyster Bar is now larger with more bar seating, better kitchen equipment, and improved bar service while the Island Grille was extensively reworked for more seating. The Island Grille features a Mediterranean style thanks to tile finishes, a cut metal style grille, art, and selective lighting enticing guests.
