Project Description:
The Sunriver Service District provides police and fire protection for residents and guests of Sunriver. This resort community experiences population increases from about 1,700 to 20,000 during peak tourist times. The new police department was designed as an expansion of the existing Fire Department site to meet the current and long-term needs of the Sunriver community. The modernized police department features a kitchen, break room, and conference room, along with a dedicated indoor fitness area for officers to engage in physical activity.  With the Fire Department and Police Department in the same location, services are coordinated and expedited efficiently to serve the community.
