Project Description:
South Puget Sound Community College has continued to develop the Lacey campus property and determined the need to updated Building 3. This building was previously used as an office building when it was part of the Rowe Six Business Park, so KMB worked with SPSCC to renovate the space for greater student functionality. The second floor was converted into a series of essential spaces including a manufacturing studio, computer labs, and large classrooms that accommodate learning for these unique programs. Significant improvements were made to modernize the building’s mechanical and electrical systems to increase efficiency.
