Project Description:
The Squaxin Island Tribe selected KMB to support Phase 1 of the new non-smoking expansion at Little Creek Casino Resort. The project included demolition of existing space and remodeling to elevate the existing spaces. The extensive remodel includes a new deli and bar, additional gaming space, and a new north entrance that includes exterior stairs, accessible ramps, and two new canopies. The new addition serves as an additional gaming area for patrons to enjoy the amenities of the casino in a smoke-free environment. This includes the Water’s Edge Café, which provides a traditional sit-down dining experience with fast service.
