$0.00

Location: Hoquiam, WA
Square Feet: 34,618 SF

Project Description:
Lincoln Elementary School was originally constructed in 1966 and required a full renovation to create a modern 21st century learning environment. Overall building conditions were improved by providing new flooring, replacing the roof, and remodeling the ceilings. The design focused on developing flexibility and adaptability to provide long-term sustainable learning spaces. An addition was constructed to incorporate technology updates that align with Hoquiam School District’s mission of technological advancement and incorporation into the learning environment. Additionally, the renovation addressed campus security concerns with a new entry vestibule and improved ADA accessibility.
