Project Description:

This project entailed the renovation of an elementary school initially constructed in 1966 to create a modern 21st-century learning environment. The design focused on developing flexibility and adaptability to provide long-term sustainable learning spaces.

The 34,618 SF renovation and building addition incorporated technology updates to align with the school district’s mission to technological advancement and incorporation into the learning environment.

The renovation addressed campus security concerns with a new entry vestibule, as well as bringing the site up to ADA compliance and adding instructional space. The overall building conditions were improved by providing new flooring, replacing the roof, and remodeling ceilings.
