KMB provided design, and construction administration services for the City of Olympia’s interior alterations for the Old City Hall Building. These areas are occupied by Probation Services, Court Services, and the City Prosecution offices. Alterations included relocating the restrooms and creating a central Day Room to reinforce visual supervision within the facility space. Building alterations included selective demolition, construction of new framed walls and “hardened walls, new door openings, new service window, new finishes, and modifications to the existing mechanical ventilation and electrical systems were required to accommodate the building alterations.
