Project Description:

This $5 million, 30-acre site project involved relocating operations and construction of a 135-stall truck parking building in Frederickson, Washington. KMB was responsible for the planning and design of the two-story division headquarters and the conversion of an existing storage building into a fleet vehicle maintenance garage that will be used to service and repair solid waste collection vehicles. The office building includes space for management, a call center, accounting offices, public access, and meeting space for 135 truck drivers and management.
