Defining Leadership: Organization at KMB architects

A firm long committed to our people, KMB architects prides itself on having a “Culture of Affirmation.” We recognize that without the talent and expertise of each of our team members, the firm wouldn’t be where we are today. We wanted to take that mentality to the next level, by creating opportunities for future leaders to develop their role within the firm.

As a design firm, it is our obligation to provide outstanding service to our clients, and that starts with our internal team.

We sat down as a leadership team to reflect on what it means to be a leader at KMB architects. We wanted to create a structure which recognizes those who go above and beyond to provide an outstanding experience for our clients and push the envelope for innovation and leadership within the firm.

The leadership structure below illustrates the future of KMB architects, at all levels and in every department, those who truly understand our firms purpose and connect it to their practice - everyday.
