We sat down as a leadership team to reflect on what it means to be a leader at KMB architects. We wanted to create a structure which recognizes those who go above and beyond to provide an outstanding experience for our clients and push the envelope for innovation and leadership within the firm.

Partners are leaders in the industry and the face of KMB architects. Partners provide guidance and direction in response to the changes and challenges of the practice and ensure business ethics, honesty and integrity are the cornerstone of day-to-day operations. Current Partners include Mark Beardemphl, Bill Valdez, Craig McClelland and James Hill.
A KMB architects Principal is a person with proven expertise in finding innovative and passionate means to accomplish the mission and core values of KMB architects. Principals are entrusted by the Partners to embody leadership and mentorship for the firm.
KMB architects would like to recognize Jeff Feeney for his outstanding leadership of the KMB architects Project Management/Owners Representative studio. Joe Doherty is recognized for the impact on business processes, financial tracking and forecasting that he has brought to the firm as the Firm’s Business Manager. Principal Ed Schilter demonstrates key attributes of this role through his critical mentorship and guidance to the KMB architects team.
An Associate is a person who consistently excels in their role with proven skills and abilities. This individual is well respected by their peers for their contribution to KMB architects. They demonstrate leadership within the firm, practice and industry.
KMB architects would like to recognize long-time leaders in the firm Bob Maben, Bill Mathews and Brian Little, as well as Janna Peters, Elizabeth Glenn, Adam Herrick, Bryan Beley and Matthew Kaphan who have established themselves as critical team members with an important role at KMB architects.
