Easily adaptable with an infectiously positive attitude, Marketing Manager Keya Bernhardt is an integral member of the KMB architects’ team who juggles priorities with ease. Whether she is leading a project pursuit, developing communications, or planning an event, Keya approaches her work with enthusiasm, creativity, and the drive to deliver results. A true team player, Keya happily takes on any task so that she can contribute to the positive company culture by sharing the workload. Recognizing the importance of effective communication when dealing with the variety of personalities in the firm, Keya adapts to her colleagues’ style which allows her to effectively gain needed information while also meeting their needs.

Because of her fine arts background and strong graphic design skills, another important aspect of Keya’s role includes the development of wayfinding plans, signage, and maps for educational projects. Employing her problem-solving mindset, Keya collaborates with the architectural staff to create compelling graphics that are easily understood and best serve the project’s needs. She has contributed her expertise to wayfinding plans for North Seattle College, Clover Park Technical College, and South Puget Sound Community College
