Anna Grzankowski plays an important role supporting the KMB architects’ team in finance, marketing, research, and office management. Whether designing an infographic, processing accounts receivable, or researching the RCWs for a siting study, Anna enthusiastically jumps onto any task requested and never backs down from a challenge. With a background that includes working for two architecture firms and commercial real estate brokers, Anna brings an informed perspective to her role, coupled with the unique ability to move between creative and analytical tasks with ease.

“I really like working with architects. While I came into this industry by happenstance, I love it. Design creates something that’s never existed before.”

Anna gracefully moves between “right brain” creative tasks while aiding our marketing efforts and “left brain” activities like financial analysis or contract management. She also supports our project teams with research and graphic design. This mix of roles and responsibilities is what Anna says she loves most about her position at the firm – that every day is different, with the opportunity to interact with a variety of team members and partners. Anna credits her organizational skills and “get it done” mentality, as well as her affable personality, with her ability to juggle competing priorities and schedules.

“When I get a task, I want to get it done to the best of my abilities; I don’t procrastinate. I love to check things off my to-do list.”

In her personal life, Anna taps more of her creative side as a passionate sewist of over 15 years. She enjoys sewing garments, items for her home, and quilts.
